Product Information & Artisanal Variations: All our soaps and bath products are handcrafted. Due to the nature of handmade personal care products, minor variations in color, pattern, shape, and weight may occur between batches.
Ingredient Safety & Allergies: Full ingredient lists are provided on product pages and packaging. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients prior to use. We recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
Pricing & Currency: All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices or update product availability at any time without prior notice.
Payments: Payments are processed securely via approved South African payment gateways (including PayFast). Orders will only be processed and dispatched once payment confirmation is received.
